No. Claiming any benefit is free, and free help is also available from Citizens Advice. The courses are for people who want to do it themselves, in their own language, with everything in one place.
All three. Every course comes in Bulgarian, Turkish and English, so you can read it in your language and show the English version to someone else if you need to.
We update the courses every April, when benefit rates change, and whenever an important rule changes. Message us on WhatsApp with your order email and we’ll send you the latest version.
Because the course is digital content that you get straight away, you agree at checkout that you lose the right to cancel once access starts. If a file doesn’t work or you were charged twice, message us and we’ll fix it.
