This website

This website does not use cookies, ads or tracking. It remembers your language choice on your own device only. The calculator and contact form run in your browser and do not send your answers anywhere. The one exception: after you buy a guide, the download page sets a single essential security cookie so your download links only work in your browser. It holds no personal information and is deleted after 3 days.

When you message us

When you contact us on WhatsApp, we use what you send us only to help with your case: your name, contact details, and the information needed for your claim. We do not sell or share it for marketing.

What we never ask for

We will never ask you to send passwords, bank card numbers or one-time codes by message.

Buying a guide

Guide payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We receive your email address, name and what you bought, and use them only to send your receipt, help if a download doesn’t work, and send free updates to your guide. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the payment.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once your case is finished. Message us on WhatsApp.
