Questions
Do I need to give you my Universal Credit password?
No, never. DWP does not allow anyone else to use your account, and it is not safe. You stay logged in on your own phone and we tell you exactly what to do, step by step.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we stop your plan. You will not be charged again, and your support continues until the end of the month you have already paid for.
Who is it for?
People who already get Universal Credit, PIP, Carer’s Allowance or Council Tax Reduction and want regular help. If you have not claimed yet, start with our £300 Universal Credit application service.
Will I get more money?
Only DWP and your council decide what you are paid. What we do is make sure nothing is missed: changes are reported correctly, letters are answered on time and you know what you can ask for.
Can my family use it too?
One plan covers one household: you and your partner if you claim together.
